Nearly fifty years ago, boxing legend Bill Cayton saw the potential for broadcasting boxing on what was then a fledgling technology, television. Recognizing that television required new and exciting programming that would fit well into the small screens of the day, he created Greatest Fights of the Century and quickly generated some of network television's all time highest ratings.
Over the intervening years Cayton amassed the world's greatest collection of fight films, featuring the greatest champions of all time, and created some of the most exciting and memorable sports programs ever seen on television and movie screen. |
Now, Bill Cayton has created a new venue for boxing fans, PRIME TIME BOXING. A marriage of the new and the old, PRIME TIME BOXING is a unique collection of taped radio broadcasts from the golden age of boxing, presented on CD and tape, and marketed over the Internet.
